Online Assessment Rules
1. Time Management:
Each assessment has a defined time limit. Be sure to track your time and submit within the allotted period. No extra time will be provided unless specified.
2. No External Assistance:
You must complete the assessment independently. Seeking help from others (friends, online forums, or websites) is strictly prohibited.
3. Permitted Materials:
Only use materials or tools explicitly allowed for the assessment (e.g., calculators, textbooks). Accessing unauthorized materials will result in disqualification.
4. Device and Internet Preparedness:
Ensure your device is fully functional with a stable internet connection. Technical issues should be resolved before the assessment, as troubleshooting during the test may not be allowed.
5. Proctoring and Monitoring:
You may be required to have your webcam and microphone enabled for proctoring throughout the assessment. Avoid moving out of the camera’s view or engaging in suspicious activities.
6. Environmental Setup:
Take the test in a quiet, distraction-free environment. Ensure you are alone in the room, and no one else is interacting with you during the test.
7. No Browsing or Switching Tabs:
Switching browser tabs or opening unauthorized programs during the test is not allowed. Doing so will be flagged and may lead to termination of the assessment.
8. Integrity and Fairness:
You must maintain the integrity of the assessment process by adhering to all rules and not sharing or discussing the test content with others after the assessment.
9. Technical Support:
In case of technical issues, immediately contact the support team provided by the assessment platform. Log any issues for verification, but excessive delays may not warrant extra time.
10. Confidentiality Agreement:
You must agree to keep the content of the assessment confidential. Sharing questions or answers with anyone else is a breach of the rules and will lead to invalidation of results.
Acknowledgment
By starting the assessment, you agree to abide by these rules and understand that any violation may result in disqualification.
